Last year, the first five-year comprehensive plan for fostering the horse industry closed last year. In 2011, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs set a goal to develop the late URL industry into a new source of income for farming and fishing villages in the FTA era, and made efforts to expand the base of the horse-riding population, focusing on youth and families.
